Connor's First Christmas

Santa paid Connor a visit and brought him a Go Diego GO! ball tent. He loves it. He really enjoyed all of his new toys- a dancing & singing Bob the Builder, a backyardigans guitar, fridge DJ, swing and sway baseball, lots of other toys and clothes. He looks forward to spending Christmas with Nana and Papa this weekend and celebrating his first birthday.

Connor likes to enter the tent through the hole that Kyle is sticking his head through.

Kyle graduated from King College in Bristol on Saturday. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree Summa Cum Laude. These are his fellow classmates that he made good friends with while attending class. He will begin the MBA program in January. The video is of him being corded and receiving his degree. Happy Holidays!!

Connor is getting ready for Santa's visit. He prefers Santa's that are smaller than him compared to the real thing. This is a photo of him with his Santa pals that he carries around the house. He likes to move the presents around the house and play with the lights. There are no ornaments on the bottom half of the tree and any fragile breakable ornaments did not make it on the tree this year.
This is the look of a guilty little boy...What did he do to Santa???

Layney and Connor played Saturday night. Layney's papaw came to visit. I guess he won't be babysitting both of them anytime soon.

Getting ready for the Daytona 500. We're not really rednecks...His shirt was dirty and it was hot!!

Thanksgiving Weekend

Connor's First Thanksgiving was really fun. We had lunch at the Country Club with Papaw, Gigi and our friends from Great Britain. Then we had a party on Friday night. Connor had his own party at Papaw and Gigi's with his favorite sitter Misty. The cute little redhead is Matt Conkins son, Jackson. He and Connor met for the first time today and admired each other's pacifiers. Thanksgiving Day

He's Walking!!

He is officially walking. He looks like a little ape. If he wants to get somewhere fast he stops and does the fast crawl. He has been walking for about two weeks. It took me that long to figure out that I could download video!!He gets into everything- even the dirty clothes hamper.

Connor's buddies and their hot mama's!!

Go Ducks!!

Here he is. I wanted to make sure he was dressed cute!! My mother put blue socks on him. The Vols can be heard in the blackground trying to beat Vandy. What has this world come to?

Halloween

Shrek did not cooperate to the fullest extent for the official halloween evening. I think that he had too much sugar at school and not enough sleep and he refused to wear the best part of his costume. However, he did like BOTH of his pumpkins and got to see big kids do some trick or treating.
He also had his first hair cut. I did not realize how long it was. You can't really tell from the after photos with Jessica, his stylist, but it looks great. She even used the little clippers!!
Maggie did not like wearing the Shrek hat either!!Wow she has
blue eyes like the rest of her family....

After his first haircut

The before haircut photo. I will take another
this weekend and we can compare!!

Papaw thought for sure he would wear the Shrek hat for him-No way!

Trick or treating with Rita and his official halloween basket!!
